 It is in the 90's even at 10am, when I took this shot. The sun so bright but the LCD auto-adjusts, but out of habit I pay it no mind, I'm used to shooting blind. The flowers are so bright in the hot sunlight, I use spot-metering & it throws the BG into almost-darkness. The aperture was set to 2.8 on purpose which is where I kept it unless 1/4000 wasn't enough. I PP this until I couldn't think of anything else to do to it, just for fun.

Looks like fire-flowers, the red is so varied and the shape is great. Splendid photo as always, pixelpig.
