3 flashes and the sun. Flash on camera to trigger the other two, one to the left, one above front left.
PS was almost nothing. A touch on levels, a little croppinf and a little USM.
Special thanks to the folks at the 99 who let me borrow their balloon.

Excellent composition! And exposure. And Focus. The colors really pop out of the rich black background. You have a real winner here - most likely headed for ribbonland.

The lighting works really well. I think a bit more space at the bottom af the picture would balance it a little better.
