LOL...the hair also bothered me! In fact, it is much more square in the unedited version. I tried to fix it up a bit though.

I think this is a great idea combining all the things you see the most on DPC. You did an excellent job with her face, but the squarish outline of the hair bothers me some, I wish it was a more natural crop.

Technically, this is very well done, but from the end of her nose through her neck just doesn't work. There is such a strong attention draw to her eyes and the center of the splash, and leading lines from there downwards to nothing. That's disturbing enough, but add in the wild colors (yeah, blue, red, and yellow - I get it)... nyet!
