Got an 8 from me. Wonderful collection of instances.

Still love it. Melethia said it. This is very you/muur88: a handful or two of characters thrown up in the air and landing in random disconnect.

Oh...I gave this one a 8. I'm surprised it landed here! Underrated...IMHO.

Very interesting. I wish it were a bit sharper but the variety and arrangement of people here is what matters.

The guy leaning over the pool makes the shot.

I think you should've focused more on one or two individuals, rather than everyone, that way a 'moment' would've been empasized by your capture.

This could be just an average everyday shot if one skips by too fast. But there's the guy with his butt in the air doing who knows what - and no one has noticed. The guy with his head in his hand, wishing he were elsewhere. The woman next to him, wishing she were someone else. In my often monochromatic opinion, this would work better in B&W. Not just because it was how HCB worked, but because it would kill the yellow smiley (even though you feature it in your title) and the orange cone across the way - the only two bits of color I'm not fond of here. The smiley would still be there, but more subtle...

I like this for it's decisive moment... the guy dipping into the fountain is quite funny. But I gotta take point for the use of color!

Very reminiscent of 'On the Banks of the Marne'. I would like to see a B&W version - I think the impact would better.

IMO this may have been more effective in b&w, not just because of the challenge, just because.
