Not sure how receptive everyone is going to be with this. So far my style does not seem to be to popular on this website.

My original idea was to shoot ice cubes, but my ice just did not look good. So I hunted through the house and everything I shot did not really look as cool as I wanted.

Finally after many hours of messing around I found some marbles that belong to kids. The marbles have been abandoned for years.

One comment received indicated that it did not look sharp...the only reason I can offer is the marble is see through and it was picking up some of the marbles I placed in the background to help create the bokeh...not sure otherwise.

As I always say I'm learning something new with each challenge...so nothing is wasted. I only wish I had more time to spend on the challenges...my bandwidth is so tight right now, and I feel rushed. I would prefer to have time to reflect and reshoot if needed.

Sadly, I had a six until the last day. sniff..I so wanted at least a six on this one.

Wish this had a stronger title, it's actually a pretty interesting photograph. I really enjoy the darkness and reflections within the orb.

Not a warm shade in sight. Pretty blues. Soft reflections on the subject make it look a bit OOF to me.
