Lovely tones. I like the high key effect of the hills in the distance. Just a hint. The lack of the vignette in teh top right corner at first felt off balance, but it gives it a sense of motion, as though that is falling back into the mist and the breakwater is coming toward the viewer. It's interesting.
If it had a vignette I think it would be a bit more peaceful, but considering it's so peaceful as it is this adds an interesting twist.
