Upon further research, I think that I totally missed the boat with my interpretation of this challenge. And my score reflects that fact (or it could be that the photo is not too good in the voters eyes). Oh well, I can take this as a lesson to take the time to research a photographic concept better before submitting. :)

I think the arch in the back is supposed to be the focal point but my eyes are drawn to the flowers in the foreground.

Love the mid-day shadows. Adore the dogwood in the BG. Too bad about the berm/cut thing in the path. The overall simple beauty is charming.
