Thanks for the comments. This is a little 2-lane blacktop road, headed toward a bridge over a small river. My truck knows the way even with my camera balanced on the top of the steering wheel. At 10PM I don't have much company, not even any cops. As I'm driving along, I'm usually looking forward to a martini & a little time to enjoy DPC before bed. Hoping the dog didn't leave a present just inside the front door for me. "D

Zoom Bang! Those are major leading lines and a nice explosion of light in this one. I would probably have tinkered with levels to make the BG go to near black.

I agree it's scary. What came to my mind was a fiery crocodile with gaping jaws waiting to snap you.

To me it's a very scary picture. It feels like a crash about to happen. That's good (to my mind), strong feelings come from looking at it.
