Nice low-key shot. I like the framing, but would prefer to see more detail in the alarm clock. An analogue clock (preferably with some green in it to parallel the lamp) might be a better choice. Definitely "every day" objects.

Something about this photo just works for me. Maybe the soft feel of the green lamp shade, or the textured wall, or just the whole gosh-darned package. Nice job!

Great shot. Beautiful composition. Great job lighting/exposing. You managed to keep the detail in the wall without completely blowing out the brass. 4:30, that's bedtime!
