 ok i was back and fourth on entering this or not- public transportation rolling down the street while i was stopped at a red light

This is too washed out for me.

Good angle on the subject. It's a little centered in the frame, using rule of thirds would add interest. It seems to be overexposed and washed out.

There is no true black here, as a result the image looks washed out and low contrast.
