 A big hole in the Swamp Buggy Race track, where the machines are tested for their ability to wade deep water. The rest of the track is only about two ft or 2/3 meter deep.
This is a Jeep class race.

At first I thought the 'sippy hole' might be the bar where you go and sip your Budweisers. Is that Jeep 2nd from right submerged? The hole certainly must test them out!

At first I read that as the "slippy" hole! OMG, I think I'm tired. I hope that one guy has some scuba gear!
