You need to smooth out the lightpainting a little bit, but this is interesting. Definitely potential here, but things seem sorta haphazard, particularly the green laser light. The wall is rather garish, and the composition needs to be strengthened. It's very static. A lot of that could be alleviated by changing your pov by moving closer, to the left, and lower.
Experimentation is good! To me it's a bit over-saturated, but that might be what you're looking for. There might be a little too much going on with lights and colors. For instance, I don't think the green lines below add to the overall image. Hope this helps.
FABULOUS lighting. I'm going to have to try some light painting myself. Very compelling image. I just started voting but this is going to do well, I think.
