You got lucky, with the birds. The soft grey tones offset the rocks nicely.

I like the contrast and the use of B&W. I'm not so sold on the centered composition, though. Great detail (I like the gulls).

For a minute, I thought the front portion was an underwater view. for some reason, the line created by the wave curve makes it seem that way.
