 Mother nature is a little screwed up this year. It's January 12th, and we have Iris & African Daisy plants flowering. Normally, that doesn't happen until at least March.

That looks almost scary, like some wild animal's mouth. Interesting what you can do with closeups.

Color is wild, as is the plant in general. Well spotted. I wanted the Sigma 105mm but a Tamron 90mm just became available in my neighborhood so I snatched it up. I'll be watching your entries to try to catch up and learn.

I love irises.. we won't see any for at least 4 months so I'll enjoy yours even if they are a few months ahead of schedule. Lovely colors!
