Certainly different! I thought my own nephew's pliers was skirting the edge of the definition of "toy"! I don't have anything on this! What was he doing? I see he's also wearing a Tyvek jumpsuit. Working on painting a car or something?
Somehow... I just don't think this will score as well as the baby with a new dollie. But... it's probably a much better-taken image than the dollie ones. *sigh*
