 I was going for a retro 60's look. B&W is still a mystery to me so I hope I get some feedback with clues on how to process this better.

B&W process in LR. Add noise filter in PS. Save for web.

The wheels don't seem to play such an important role in the photo and the man is looking at the buttons. I think you could have picked a better shot off your film, no?
