Took this down at the Fremantle Monument hill, it was a stunning night, well suited for this challenge, the artist in the sky sure put on a mightly display for me.
I might get done for not having a dominant horizon line, or for the big light in the photo, but I like it anyway and hope the Dp'ers do as well.
Funnily enough this has little editing, the original doesn't look much different... just cropped, levels, slightly sharpened,adj noise, added border.

One of my favorites for the very nice use of the foreground lamp. And even I can appreciate lovley oversaturated DPC colors when they suit the photograph. :-)
Behold indeed. Striking and appealing. Lovely because of it's simplicity, smooth tones and deep rich colors. Wonderful composition too and excellent exposure. I like the way the light in the lantern has been captured especially. 8
