Kind of like looking through the bottom of a coke bottle!

Tome, the aperture is 1/15s, this is very short for the total spin. So I did it really fast.
The fact is the faster you move your cam, the smoother your blur is, because there is less micro shaking from your hands.

What fun! Strong colors are great; the spin gives a feeling of whooshing them down a drain ;-)

So, kind of a zoomblur while spinning the camera?

It's not a zoomblur but a spinblur. I didn't zoom while the shutter was open.

Spiff : it's handheld ... hold the lens and turn the cam. I don't know what else to say.
I guess the main effect is due to the super wide angle (16mm on full frame).
Also I might have set the VR on to get something smoother ... but I'm not sure ;)
