This is a Cambo 5 x 4 view camera from college. This week we were playing with setting it up, loading the film and preparing to take some shots with it. We are off to too some building photography with it in two weeks so I hope I've got the hang of it ... I think loading the film into the cartridges in the dark is going to be interesting!!

@3200 ISO :)

I've never used a camera like that one ... and to tell you the truth I don't miss using film at all! But the camera still looks cool.

I so miss working with large format cameras. I had a blast when I used one in photo school. It won't take you long to get the hang of it nor love it for what they can do.

I was looking forward to this shot. Loading the film into the cartridges is not too difficult. It is worth practice with a sacrificial sheet or two just to be sure.
There is something fun about using film. For me, I think it is the suspense.. from loading the film, wondering if the shot was properly exposed, the development process and all the things that could go wrong there.

That looks way too technical for me. I really need to upgrade my camera. I've heard the 7D does great at high ISO and this is proof.
