Interesting, on the label in use, the dark center spot doesn't bother me at all. Maybe it gives the label a 'base.'

Oh I'm so familiar with this :))). I can imagine the taste, this is close to our own "ajvar", similar to this but a bit more coarse, more like bits of paprika baked on a grill and then fried with some other ingredients. This time of year you can smell it around here :). Didn't know it can be made as jam :). |

I've never heard of that. Is it thick or is it more like tomato sauce? I love red peppers so I'm sure whatever the consistency, I'd love it. :) Did you make it? |

its weird tho .. a red pepper jam .. in australia, as far as i know, most jams are sweet .. :) |
