Of course I love her! This is my youngest, she just turned 3. I have been trying forever to get some yearly shots of her, but either she or the weather would not cooperate. I love this photo, but some of the highlights are blown out. I tried the burn tool, any other suggestions? Here is one more of my favorites, I just wanted to show you what her face looked like

Beautiful shot. I don't think you need to do anything to it.

She looks particularly cherubic from this angle.

The highlights aren't too bad though. I little blown, but I don't think it detracts from the shot. Sometimes if I can't get the burn tool to work the way I want, I use the spot healing over and over to slowly pull over the milder highlights on the edge.

Perfect shot. The natural curiosity of children always makes for a great shot.

This is so beautiful! I love the point of view, very non-intrusive and the colors are perfect. I don't mind the blown highlights.

What a lovely, lovely little girl and the natural light is perfect for this portrait.

Burnt highlights. Sometimes a little painting works at low opacity and perhaps then apply a blending mode...

ps - the only possible candidate for such technique might be the bit of collar that is a touch hot. Nothing else needs it. IMO of course.

This is absolutely precious. Love the point of view. The blown highlights don't bother me, but you could try burning them a little. I think the brightness adds to the atmosphere of the image, though.

Oh those curls. The daisy is a terrific idea. Nice perspective.
