M&M's picked out of the hikers power source...GORP!
On the trail to Chasm Lake (under Longs Peak in the background) in Rocky Mountain National Park. Right at about 2 miles (10,500ft, actually) high at this point. Breaking for some panoramics and a sugar boost!
Focal length 18mm from 18-70mm, aperture priority.

Very good shot. Must have been hard to hold the hand so still even if using a tripod. Very vivid colors and good dof.

Thanks to everyone for commenting on my shot. the questions...
title
Rare Air=about 11,000ft above sea level, hiked 3.5 miles with an elevation gain of about 2,300 ft.
Inspiration(squared)=the view and mountain are insirational, not to mention the M&M's to inspire my depleted energy sources to continue on.
...ration=candy is a ration (food).

What appears to be a sleeve is actually my Suunto watchband (the watch with altimeter, barometer, compass, etc., etc., etc.

Anyone see the Beaver in this pic? Guess I could have titled it...Feeding the Beaver. Then no one would get it, unless you see him!??

And Tundra Cairn in Balance was mine also.

Chocolate is an excellent motivator when hiking. Longs Peak, right? :) Did you make it to the top?

Lovely shot, not sure about the "..." in the title. Very cool background. Would like to see a little more on the left of the shot.

nice shot... nice and crisp. refreshingly so. I probably would have cropped off the sleeve at the bottom, or had the subject push the sleeve up. Technically speaking, its the best i have seen so far!!!!

Wow, that is WIDE dof. Nice and bright, balanced composition, nice feeling. I wonder that with everything in focus that it feel too busy. My eye cannot settle on anything.

Great DOF on this one, nice colors, but I tend to see M&Ms as candy on the outside, hence I see no brownish milk and sugar goodness in the frame. The chocolate part is too little of the frame and hiddden so only those who know M&M's (which I grant you is 99% of the online world) know where the chocolate is. My other beef is that too much sleeve is showing, if you crop it out and just have hamd. mountains & candy, the candy jumps out alot more! Anyway two small quibbles in a lovely shot.
