Beautiful colors!
Here's a recipe you might not have tried - add some red onion and paprika in thin slices, mix it with olive oil and salt (not too much salt because of what follows), then grind a lot of hard white cheese (feta doesn't work) using something like this, over the salad, until you cover everything. Put an olive and some parsley on top of it and you have yourself a "Shopska" salad. And yes, it's allowed to dip some fresh bread in there, once you get started. :)

Oh yum! They look delicious! Makes me crave a tomato & mozzarella salad! You're going to make me hungry all month, aren't you? LOL!
