Greetings From the Critique Club

First Impressions:
What a great shot! Really cool.

Technical (Comp, lighting, color, focus):
A great eye to spot this as a reflection - even better thinking to photograph it! Turned out great as a negative image

Challenge:
Met the challenge head on!

Artistic/Emotion:
As an artistic piece this is awesome! The more I look at it the more I like it. In looking at your votes I wish I had scored this better - around a 7 or 8 instead of 6. This is really a pleasure to view. My only suggestion would be a crop just above the 1st floor windows. I think it steals attention from the ferris wheel.
On an emotion level I see this as quite an erie piece of art. I like it!

Summary:
This is more than just a photograph or a picture. This is a work of art and has been appreicated as such by posthumous. It's a very imaginitive piece - wonderfully put together.

You've made the world seem so makeshift. This gets my Posthumous Blue Ribbon.

I like this one. It's intriguing me. I want to know more. Good choice for a negative image and excellent work with it. Proud Mary.

I'm not too sure why I like this but I do! Almost like a child's drawing

Rarely does a ferris wheel photo work so well, in my opinion. 9.

...Neon burning, up above/ And I am so high on this world/ Come take a low ride with me girl/ In the tunnel of love...

Sorry you took me back to when I saw Dire Straits perform this song back in Ottawa in the 1980s...Stevie Ray Vaughn was the opening act...I know this has nothing at all to do with the shot itself, but 9 for evoking such great memories :-)

Love the warping caused by the reflection. Very interesting image, although the colors are a bit pedestrian.
