| Great Photo, even though it has part of the cityscape in it I believe that is all about the ray of light and the sky. I think the city is still on a supportive role here. One of my favorites in the whole challenge. |

| This most certainly has the WOW factor!!! An exceptional image in content, clarity, color, and impact. I'm guessing HDR but superbly done. And of course, the lightning is tremendous. My one gripe is that this is more of a cityscape than a skyscape. Were it not for that, I'd say this would ribbon - which it probably will anyway. |

| I'm saying the cityscape here is the main subject, with the sky in the supporting role, the opposite of the challenge brief. I think it's a fantastic image though so I am torn. Nonetheless, I'm knocking a point off for my perceived DNMC. |
