Also a very beautiful image, the model has the most gorgeous eyes. Congrats on your ribbon, Anthony.

I think it's the skin tones that got you third instead of second. Your composition is superior.

Congrats on the yellow! It's applicable. :)

Hi Louis. This was shot using a single silver reflector and available natural light. The model held the piece of yellow fabric above her head and the light was reflected through the fabric onto the right side of her face. This was my first attempt at a model shoot using only available natural light (and a reflector) - trying to learn something new. I'm also not a fan of shooting people so also trying to push myself in that area to.

The eyes on both of the very similar submissions feel a bit over processed to me and this one seems like the vibrancy and saturation of the yellows is a bit high, possibly intentionally.

As I commented on the other similar portrait, I like both for different reasons. I think you caught the eye contact wonderfully in this shot. But I favor the closer framing of the other one. This is also nice. It's a toss up, I think both will do very well.

Beautiful. I wish there was not so much yellow in her skin tone, to create a bit of contrast with all the yellow she's wrapped in.

Recognize the processing of the eye!
A bit of over sharpening(?) visible on the skin of the cheek.
But nice.
