A collection of stuff I found around the house...

Pineapple scented candles from Hawaii
Glass jars with shells from the Philippines
A cheap vase from IKEA

The books are mine. (No, I didn't get them specifically for this shot. Some people actually enjoy reading haha.)
-Wuthering Heights
-Oddysey by Homer
-Malinche by Laura Esquivel
-A Line of Beauty by Alan Hollinghurst

I had to climb the lemon tree in our backyard to get the dead branches, haven’t done that in years. =)

Well done, Jay! I've mistaken this shot as mycelium's. He's got wall shots that are crisp and have amazing textures.

Nice image; a little bit of noise. Great job on the open book.

Not bad, but would've looked better with a plain background, as the bricks are too distracting to the other elements in the photo, but I do like the layout.

excellent sharpening technique, that wall has amazing texture (somewhat familiar technique but I'll keep my guess to myself) I want to take one element away from the composition but that would change the photo completely. well done!

Wonderful crisp image, nice mix of chaos and order. Love that elegant branch snaking in front of the grid of bricks.

Sharp image, but a bit too busy. I find the bricks fascinating.

Very nice composition, but the branch gets lost in the pattern of the brick wall.
