I would like to hear more input on the composition and exposure settings. I enhanced the colors by Photoshop but no other editing has been performed.

And I disagree with giantmike that the people are a problem. I think they really show the scale. If you weren't familiar with the Eiffel Tower, they show how huge it is. To say nothing of how impossible it'd be to get rid of the people.
Nice balance in this composition. In most cases, it would be preferable to not have all those people in the shot, but when showing size, it really helps. Very good job on the exposure, as you have detail in the sky and the tower.
