The filter is a bit jarring at first, but then it seems to suit the image.

The shirt gives a more modern edge, but otherwise, this could have been taken a bit ago. ME LIKES!!

Shanghai! That's a long ways away. Not familiar with "Filter Forge Filters" but I guess the idea is to make a photo look old and used. Well it worked very well especially with your subject riding on that old tricycle and the overall color processing. Good job.
