 This was taken at Whytecliff park in Northern Vancouver, B.C.
Beautiful night. Two other photographers and I were shooting at the same spot. They all agreed, I got the best shot. Exposure of 10 seconds made for a beautiful smoothing of the rolling waves.

Editing:

1. Crop
2. Noise reduction to help really smooth out the water
3. Lots of curves to really bring out the "white-ness" of the scene.
