100th place! woo-hoo!

Post-challenge:
this is the image I originally planned to submit

but then decided that it was not quite meeting the challenge since it was about mirror pairs, not real doubles, and entered this shot instead...
now, my outtake got accepted to 1x, while my entry got a whopping 4.95. Talk about colossal blunders! LOL

Now, having said that, I still don't understand why my entry scored so low, after all it squarely meets the challenge, properly focused and exposed, and (what from my perspective is a huge plus) is not contrived but genuinely found. oh well...

Peoples backs, without much of a side story.

well, to me it has quite a bit of a story, or a commentary on human relationships... their backs do say a lot. look at his confident posture and the way he rests his heavy hands on their shoulders... look at their tentative and non-obtrusive hands hugging his torso but not touching each other... he is probably an older guy (look at his balding head) and sort of a "mentor" for these two younger girls who are best friends from high school and cannot quite decide among themselveswho gets this guy. Or they wait for him to decide but he is quite content with the current arrangement :). I may be imagining things but it does not really matter as long as the image allows me to imagine things...
