Correct color & contrast with curves.
Crop. Clone sensor dust & one blemish in the asphalt.
Apply blur, then history brush to enhance narrow depth of field.
Sharpen, resize for web, sharpen again.

This picture really pops! The narrow depth of field and the bokeh enhance this action shot and illustrates how well the rider and the bike are working together. The results where a winning combination for the rider and the photographer!
