 I took this at a bench at A local Park. I was going for a look of hostility or contempt between the two symbolizing all what Apartheid stood for in South Africa. I had different ideas and poses I wanted and picked this one to submit. Notice the distance and hesitancy between the two and I was really focusing on facial expressions as well. I hope this represents what I was going for and you all enjoy it. Having been in South Africa, there is still so much that needs to change between races and all I have to say is God bless Mandela and all the other leaders for racial equality both over-seas and here in the states.

This is a case where something that would normally be a background distraction actually adds to the message the image conveys. Good work on this one.

Well thought out shot. I don't think many people will get it though. I had to do a google search on it myself....I think it was a well posed shot.....the lighting is good and the subject is good.(after I researched it)

Extra point for creativity. A more balanced shot would be more appealing: center the tree and shoot straight on.
