It was a very cloudy weekend and the sun was not working with me at all. I did love how this one turned out and had to try it for the contest. And yes, I was about 10 feet away from the rider standing at the apex of the turn.

Great action shot (which I suppose is extraordinarily good and clear - if a little underexposed in places). If anything it's stretching the challenge a bit.

Now this is a great action shot. The bike is going in the correct direction and the blurred background (and foreground) are what I'd expect with the direction the bike is travelling. Great colors and details of the bike and rider. Well cropped, too. 10

Good catch to stop the action and motion blur the stationary. Too bad the sunlight wasn't on your side of the track as the rider and his bike look a bit murky. I like the crop.
