I like this capture; however, focusing on the eyes would have made it better.

This looks great as a thumb, and the tones of the black and white image are very nice.
However, as with all portrait shots, the eyes need to be in better focus.

Great composition as a portrait. The eyes are just a little soft, not quite sharp enough. You have only shown the eyes so they should be strikingly sharp.

Great shot... really good lighting and PP. The only problem is the focus seems to be on his fingers and nose and his eyes are out of focus. 7
