Very noisy and unsharp, looks like a crop from a larger picture.

hmmm... a bit on the grainy side. hard to tell if it is intentional. it doesnt seem like it.

This is a gorgeous picture. You may want to set your ISO a bit higher - that should help control some of the noise - or perhaps it's just enlarged a little too much. A very beautiful serene setting.
