Just my luck. I get home from the airport and I find out a challenge called "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" starts tomorrow.

This was one of my better shots today. I'm a little disappointed in the fuzzyness of the plane, but the texture of the sky was pretty cool.

I almost left before I took this shot, since the sunset wasn't looking promising and there was so little activity at this airport. Especially since it was a perfect weekend day for flying. I'm glad that I stuck around.

During postediting, I used the unsharp mask and tweaked the colors just a tad bit.

Focus could be a little better... Overall, enjoyable!

Poorly focussed shot I am afraid.

The plane and tree are a bit blurry. Could be a nice photo if it wasn't for this. I like the color of the sky.

I think better focus would have improved this. Also, try a composition where the tree isn't in the frame because it doesn't serve a purpose in the composition. Good luck...

Good composition, but too soft focus.
