I saved my finished file to a different drive same name and then I uploaded the wrong file. My apologies. I did this with my first challenge too. My time window is often very small.

this is almost deceiving, but you can see the wrinkles in the fabric

Too bad you couldn't get a little motion blur on the cards to further the illusion.

I know what you were trying to achieve but I can still see the black background. Might have been better without the flash and if you used a tripod instead or fiddle with curves/levels to completely blackout the background for the desired effect.

Great concept! I think the picture would have more impact if the background is a bit darker (more black) - perhaps some more contrast would help achieve this effect. Extraordinary idea, at first sight I thought the cards were actually thrown into air. Wonderfully done!

Poorly executed, should have had palms up to suggest throwing, right now it's just cards on a table.

Not sure i understand this photo...What goes up? its obviously takin on a dark table (hence the shadow)...not sure if you meant that you were trying to give the impression of open air or not....

just a little more editing would have gotten rid of all detail in the background and made this a great shot! As is, it is pretty good and a great effort in a tough challenge. 8

Nice try, but the black is not quite black enough to fool thge viewer.

Without anything in the background to give a sense of space it just looks like they are on the table. Adding an interesting background would help quite a bit.
