| OK, I feel comfortable enough to be able to say this: I REALLY WANTED A RIBBON *weep!* But I'm absolutely not complaining...my highest score and finish ever!! Thank you all SO MUCH for all of the great comments. They were really a pleasure to read. I really fuzzed and contrasted the picture quite a bit on purpose -- I know it hurt me, but I know it made for a much better photograph. I have to give all kinds of props to my big toe which, with the help of my remote, took this picture. ;) Now to go dig up my old smurf toys for this week's challenge. Thanks again!! Rob |

I like this very much because it has a strong initial impact. At first, as it was loading I felt disgust, because I am disgusted when people (even animals for that matter) are bound. Slavery, ughhhhhhhh! As it continued to load and I saw the whole picture I smiled. How clever! A siimple composition with a powerful statement. Excellent!
Technically: I like the lighting, especially the way it hits, and highlights the knuckles, accenting the clenched fist. Removing most of the color was a good choice too. Makes it more...um....stark!

| There haven't been to many pictures this week with this kind of deep underlying theme. In fact, I can't think of any. With the soft focus, in B&W, it has a pretty deep message about our dependence on computers. Great shot - Inspzil |

| Great truth, great shot great tone. Would love to have had it cropped a little lower. I like the light in the upper corner but would like it just a LITTLE darker. Still a good solid 7. PTL. I'll have to come back to this one later. Came back after finishing and compared to them all you definitely deserve 2 more points from a 7 to a 9 |

| Wow, great idea! Perfect composition. A little "hard" in the contrast for my taste. The white parts become a little outburned, perhaps that is what you want to achieve. Just a matter of taste. But still one of the best this week. Good luck! /carsten |

| Very good idea! The only thing I can suggest is to have the mouse hang up higher to be able to cut out some of the excess arm there because your lighting gets a little uneven up at the top left corner |
