Wasn't going to enter this week because I didn't have anything available for either challenge. Then my truck needed to be dropped off for service on Sunday. While I was waiting for my wife to pick us (my son was with me) up we wandered around the sales lot a little. Grabbed a quick shot of this Mustang front grill for the fun of it.

I'll probably get a gazillion comments on the border, but what the heck. The cropped photo is too skinny and I like the symbolism of Red with Speed and Fast. :-)

Considering it's basically a snapshot, and took 10 minutes to process and upload, I'll at least have a score to groan about this week. ;)

Whatever - I thought the red border was brilliant and it totally conveyed speed to me. Got a smile out of me, too, since I'm a 'Stang' driver.

Man, that emblem has been around awhile. It's amazing how those and other once sub categorized as muscle cars, have changed. Not sure about that red border.

Great graphic. I love the simplicity of the composition and the red frame pulls it together.

Ouch. Do not understand why you want me to look at the bright red border rather than your nice photograph

Nice colors and focus, but I would have liked to seen more of the vehicle, 5.

Normally, borders don't affect me, but this one does.......The red has no connection to the image and just looks out of place

Other than that, the image of the badge is alright, but the composition really seems a little boring. Something more dramatic, rather than the centred badge, would have worked better

I must admit, as an owner of a mustang this will affect my vote. :P

As for the picture...
I really do like this but I'm not sure about the frame, no pun intended. Of course the colors do work well but it seems more of an ad than a picture. Other than that, this is really cool.

Great perspective and DOF, contrast. The red borders do it no justice. Black would have drawn attention to the Mustang.
