You know, looking at ths, I don't really know what to suggest. You have many elements that improve a photo... women in good shape, slight DoF effect, and it meets the challenge. But I would say that for some reason things are not active or dynamic enough. Lighting up the left subject's face would have really added to things, but required an additional strobe. Concept is good though.

Interesting shot. I like the lighting in this photo. The well lit face of the girl standing next to the car adds interest. When I look at this shot I am wondering "what is she thinking".

So much impact in this shot. Girl in front is in perfect focus. DOF adds a lot. The lighting creates a lot of impact too. Awesome.

I like that you are thinking w/ a concept, but would exclude the top half of the image as it does nothing for you.

this has a very cinematic feel - you really could have played that aspect up by shooting in landscape

I like this as a picture with a compelling story. I guess it is a setup, if so, your models did a great acting job, their expressions and body languare are convincing, it does not look fake at all. I suspect you will get a bunch of low votes as it is not an eye candy DPC type image, but it is probably the only picture in the challenge with a great story. You made great use of the available light and picked the perfect aperture for a very pleasing dof. My only suggestion would be to crop out a bit of the negative space atop, although some may argue that the big dark sky above adds to the feeling of being stuck in a bad situation. Great job, I hope I am not your only 10.

Nice. this is the kind of shot that suits B&W. I'd have given it a square crop too, just to see how it looked. 7

Tells a story. The woman in the background appears ticked off at the one in the foreground.

Nice light and nice story. If they were my girls, I'd tell them to stay in the car. Good job.
