 My wife grew up with chickens and feathered friends. I was wanting to stage something different but I needed a chicken for that. I could not get a hold of one but my wife was able to get a Hen and Cock. Now we have the joy of some extra noises waking us up in the morning. We absolutely love it. Our dogs...and I suppose our neighbours might be less happy. For the kids it is even greater fun.
I dont know if people will like this but this is exactly what I want to do more of. Creative lighting with lights is lacking in my skills and hope the lighting is better than just "flat" had fun in doing this. Holding thumbs

The different colors around the kitchen compliment each other nicely.
