the idea was great I just think the photo did not came out real good. maybe using a filter will make this pic more interesting. good try

This one doesnt say "extraordinary" to me. Seems like a standard night shot at a fountain. The people are blurred also due to the long exposure. I don't think they needed to be in the photo..

This looks like a fairly typical meeting place to me, "Meet me by the big fountain in the square..."
I would suggest a tripod for night shots. Nothing appears to be in sharp focus.

Beautiful photograph. My only complaint is that the long exposure made the woman look very blurry, which I find distracting. If you didn't know them, though, I suppose it would have been rude to ask them to stay still. :) 9

I like that you caught motion in what you would think was still water. Maybe just a bit overexposed, the banding on the stars from the lights looks a little odd.
