I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: Interesting blurry image - nice to see that February initiative cascading into the Free Study entries. Great colours here and the blurry folio adds plenty of interest to the sunset.
Critical stuff: Just that bright area about 25% in from the left and 15% down from the top - I think I'd have dispatched that with a bit of cloning.
I'm a fan of the variety of colors in this. In the depths of winter, summer can't come soon enough, a dreamy remembrance. Your image is what I think of when I think of summer right now, and summers past. Nice shot.
