I do like the idea, but the focus on the eggs seems soft (I like the shallow depth of field so that the carton is oof, but I think it would be better with the eggs in better focus.)

This image is a little soft for my taste. I also think that the solitary egg in the container is a distraction.
However, I do like this image! 6

I really like the carton in the background giving the illusion that this was not just laid flat on the paper
