::Before Challenge::
I have high hopes for this entry. the idea in my head was almost exactly like this but I really don't care for the color of the couch. I did some adjustments to it but it's still not that far from the original color. I saw a picture like this years ago and I was trying to imitate it from memory. I like this image so much I think I might get a 30x40 print of it for my office.

Thanks to my wife for those wonderful legs, my daughter for the tu-tu, and my sister-in-law for the shoes and the socks.

:Score Expectations:: Hmmm, well I would like to see a 7 so I can get a new photo on my profile but I see this hitting a mid to high 5 breaking my 6's streak. Guess we'll see...

::After the Challenge::
Well it's good to see that I made it in the top 5 and my running streak is still going... I can't thank everyone enough for all the wonderful votes and comments.

::Setup::
I used 3 lights for this shot.
1. One SB800 behind the couch as my BG light.
2. One SB800 to camera left shot through a 16x16 softbox set on full power.
3. One 65w (ebay) flash to camera right shot through a 45" white umbrella.

The position of the feet was very critical in this shot. I took about 100 pictures with my wife moving her feet in all different directions trying to get that awkward look but at the same time not breaking her ankle. If you've ever been in a waiting room and you see kids swinging their little feet from a chair they somehow are able, and usually end up doing something very similar to this right here.

i really like this picture!!! i love everything about it - the reflection, the colours.. it just has a certain feel to it that i really like, im gonna give it a 10 and its definitly going in my favourittes :) GREAT SHOT!!!

Love the colors and the shoes with the socks. The bench at the top really bothers me for composition. I think cropping this just a bit from the top would make this work much better. Neat lighting by the way.
