Corrected horizon, smart sharpened, cropped a bit, resized.

All Nik:

Tonal Contrast - brings out detail
Contrast Color Range - brings out colors
Graduated Natural Density - to bring out clouds in sky
Foliage Filter to make the greens pop
Bi Color Filter in turquoise - added a different hue.
Selective Color to scale back the yellow
Nik Classical Soft Focus - adds diffusion and glow
Selectively darkened the middle sky, lightened the sign on the left, lightened the house on the right.
Added vignette with Lens Correction

Love this edit! This in northern Michigan in a little town called Leland. They call this little area "fish town".
