I don't understand this dq...... I figured it wasn't real, just a computer image in the background. Why was this dq'ed?

Im still trying to work out the difference between the boy and the clouds photo and this photo.
Why was one ok and one DQ? Was it because the fire image wasnt the photogrpahers own image?
Just wondering.

the minute i saw this i knew it was not a real fire, i never would have judged it as a photo of a photo, disappointing, sorry bout that
