R: My first "Challenge". I assumed that the photographer's comments would be visible during the voting process. As it is, the title alone is indeed perhaps even somewhat duller than the colours ... ;-)

Good picture. Clear, sharp, nice colors. Looks like it wants to tell a story. The title needs a bit of expansion though.

Great photo, headline could be way better though. "Local Teens Take Census" or something. . . Excellent job though.
