Taken at Gatorland in Orlando Florida. Used Channel Mixer layer to make it black and white then erased the feet and beek. A little of the shadow/highlight adjustment and touch up on the face with paint brush.

Ha! This is great- Afleck!! Anyway, the beak could be a little sharper, but overall a great photo- i've never seen them ruffle feathers like this. Hilarious!

One of the first pictures to make me laugh. This duck has got a great expression and a great hairdo too. I hope this is in the humor category too.

You should have picked a picture that would normally have lots of colors in it - desaturating a white duck gives you a white duck. It doesn't make the subject stand out any more by just darkening the ground.

How funny!!!! And extremely good job on the de-sat done! I think it would be even more interesting with a less tight crop and maybe not centered so much.

Funny shot. It made me smile, but I am not sure it met the challenge. The photo does not have a stunning contrast. May have been suited better for another challenge.

Focus is a little soft at the tip of the beak which i find a little distracting. I think such a shallow DOF adds to the overall softness of the bird, but I'd like to see at least the "face" (including beak) in sharp focus.
